Top Ten Tuesday: Books I Can't Believe I've Never Read

I would have had this posted earlier but I've had my nose in Mockingjay all afternoon!

  5. Pride and Predjudice
  6. A Tree Grows in Brooklyn

  8. Jane Eyre

Ooo! All good picks, though I've only read Gatsby, Potter, and Night. I'm told Gatsby is wonderful, but I was not as overwhelmed.

How have you not read Harry Potter!?!?

Oh, no, you haven't read Wrinkle in Time? That was the first book that I remember reading and finishing and then immediately reading again.

I have my own list of shame. I'd love to have you stop by my blog if you get a chance.

ah The Count of Monte Cristo. I read it in high school (before my book loving days) and I loved it! I read it again actually a couple weeks ago...still good...definately a good choice to read!

tediousandbrief: I resisted the Harry Potter craze! One day I'll read the series!

readerbuzz: I don't even know what A Wrinkle in Time is about...but I know it's a popular children's book that I never read. The first book I remember rereading is Island of the Blue Dolphins, but I've forgotten most of the story now!

Katie: I have the Count of Monte Cristo sitting on my shelf waiting to be read...but the size is just so intimidating!

Thanks for stopping by my blog!

I resisted Harry Potter too for a long time. I finally started reading it when the 4th book came out and I saw just how engrossed one of my older friends was when she was reading it!

With the exception of the Count of Monte Cristo, your list is a list of some of my favorite books.

OK. So it's Saturday but I still wanted to participate. I hope you are willing to take a look at my top ten "I can't believe I haven't read" books, too.

I resisted Harry Potter, because I didn't think I would like the genre, but then I read Twilight and it opened me up to the paranormal/fantasy whatever you want to call it, so I gave it a try. They are amazing, you won't be dissapointed. Plus all the books are out now so you won't have to wait for any :)
